You will learn about the science of trauma, how trauma affects you physically, mentally and emotionally, and how to gently release trauma. This is not a quick fix. Releasing stress and trauma can take months, even years. So, be patient, dear friend. And know that you're not alone on this journey. I'm with you every step of the way.

Trauma Release for Divorce
These sessions are specifically for those going through a divorce. I have walked that path and I know all the emotions that arise during this time: grief, anger, overwhelm, sadness, loss... it's a lot! Know that you are not alone during this time. I am here to help you safely and gently process and release everything that comes up by using breathing techniques, somatic movements, gentle massage of pressure points, and vagus nerve tools. Just like traditional trauma release sessions, but with the focus on divorce.

Timings: Sessions are 75 mins long and include some energy healing to help cement everything that comes through in our time together. Reiki helps your nervous system release anything that cannot be explained through talking.
Investment: Currently half price £45 (increasing to £90 when I finish my training in June)
